So, schedule your workouts for the next month, right now. The night before your workouts lay out all of your workout clothes, ipod, bottle of water and other gear on the floor.

When you perform progressive resistance training, you're actually damaging the fibers of the muscle at the cellular level. The body responds to this damage by attempting to repair the tissue. To repair the damaged tissue it needs some essential building blocks and tools. Those building blocks and tools are contained in the food you eat.
So be sure to ingest a whey protein shake within 30 minutes of the completion of your muscle building workouts. Doing this gives you the best chance of building muscle.
